Up for auction today we have a genuine Apple MacBook Pro 15" 2015 edition. This is the upgraded model - here are the specs:

- 15” Retina Display (2880-by-1800 native resolution at 220 PPI)

- 512GB SSD

- Intel Core i7-4770HQ (2.80GHz w/ Turbo Boost up to 4.0GHz)

- 16GB RAM (1600MHz DDR3L)

- Intel Iris Pro Graphics and AMD Radeon R9 M370X w/ 2GB GDDR5

- 720p FaceTime Camera

- HDMI, USB-A, Thunderbolt, MagSafe 2 Charging

This computer was purchased in late 2015 and has been used as a daily driver, off and on, for the entire time. It is in incredibly good shape, especially given the age of the machine. The screen has a few light scratches and nicks (you can only see them with the machine completely turned off - does not effect day to day use at all). The body is in incredible shape with only one visible scratch. Very minor wear and tear overall throughout the entire MacBook Pro. The charger is definitely worn a bit (see photos). Works totally fine, but to avoid the cat eating the cord we had to cover it with a little wire cover we got from Amazon. Still, the MagSafe 2 charger works great! Original box and paperwork also included.

The battery is exactly what you would expect from a 7 year old machine - works fine, but not as great as it was the first day we got it. You can easily get 3+ hours out of a charge from full, depending on what you’re doing. If you really wanted to, you could have Apple (or a third party repair shop) put a new battery in the machine for you but that’s not currently necessary.

The MacBook Pro has been completely reset to factory settings, and has the most recent version of macOS Monterey installed on it. The macOS can no longer be updated as the highest it can support is macOS Monterey, but it is still receiving full security updates, etc. from Apple.
