· No AC Cord/Charger (unless annotated on the device sticker/label in photos)

· If charger or battery is included, they are as-is and have no warranties implied with them

· These devices are not ready-to-sell/require minimum refurbishing. These are not supposed to pass all diagnostics testing as they are to be used for parts or not working. Returns will not be issued due to other issues being present that more in depth testing/diagnostics will reveal.

· For Parts or Not Working: An item that does not function as intended and is not fully operational. This includes items that are defective in ways that render them difficult to use, items that require service or repair, items that are locked or cannot be activated, or items missing essential components.

· Being the nature of "untested", that means there could be more underlying issues than those stated on any device information labels pertaining to hardware (ex. motherboard, ram, CPU, audio, video, etc) or software (ex. device drivers, audio, video, etc). The computer is at most loaded with an operating system and no other work/testing is done to the device.

· If the device has an Operating System (OS): the OS may not be activated/genuine, the OS may not be the correct version for the model of device, there may be missing or incompatible drivers, the OS may not be fully updated and may be using older versions of said OS.

· There is a possibility that other components are not present. Although I try my best to document all issues and items, I cannot guarantee a fully built computer (ie, charger, CPU, WiFi card, battery - this usually involves computers that do not boot/show OS)

· If there are notes stating an issue, I cannot guarantee that is what the problem is. As it is just an assumption/educated guess.

· Please research thoroughly before committing to purchase

· Please research all pictures and note cosmetic condition or flaws

· I cannot verify if devices have been subjected to liquid
