Apple MacBook Air 13"-Broken Screen.

First and foremost the screen needs to be replaced!!! Screen lights up but does not show display. MacBook turns on and is fully functional when connected to an outside monitor. Hard drive is fully in tact and works very well. The computer has been reset to factory settings for its new owner. According to apple, cords may have been disconnected or the screen burnt out leading to it not fully operate and can be easily fixed with a replacement screen.
