Laptop is in good working condition. Screen is bright and clear. Screen is clean. I don't see any scratches. All buttons are working. Charges as it should. Connected to my Wi-Fi right away. Volume is clear and loud. Mouse pad is responsive. Frame of laptop has some scratches and scuffs. Mostly on the bottom. Gray case that goes over laptop has scratches and scuffs as well.
