Laptop turns on, but needs to be connected to the power cord always. I reset the macbook to clear out my information and it reset to this "Guest Computer" screen and now I can't get passed this screen.&nbsp;Maybe some tech whiz knows how.<div><br></div><div>All sales final; no refunds or exchanges.&nbsp;</div>
