With the SSD installed, the PC boots up very quickly and seems to be running well. The screen is nice and bright. 

However, this is being sold as is and for parts or repair only - See reasons below.

* The battery is nearing end of life. As of the date of this listing, there are no system messages regarding the battery, but the cycle count is high at 833. It will charge to 100%, but it does not hold the charge for very long. Battery should be replaced.

* The power adapter has some damage to the wires and has been taped up. It does not sit in the mag safe port securely and it needs to be fiddled with to get a good connection so it will charge the PC. That should be replaced as well.
